I received a phone call from an recruiter and was asked a couple of behavioral questions. I was sent an online test that had questions about customer service and my background. I passed the test and an interview was scheduled the following week. I was interviewed in a room with three people and I was asked a series of behavioral questions. All three interviewers wrote down my questions on pieces of paper. I was told about the job description and benefits. I was not allowed to ask questions about the job from management but instead I was asked to sit with one of their employees.I sat with one of their employees for 15 minutes and she described the job to me. The employee did not have alot of examples of her work. After the 15 minutes I spent with the employee I was escorted out.
I received a rejection e-mail stating that the position had been closed. Two weeks after I received a rejection letter, a new ad was place on a job board for the same postion with the only requirement changed to "Spanish Speaking Desirable." Apparently this employer wants you to speak "Spanish" if you live in Los Angeles.
