Interviewed with hiring manager and three potential co-workers. Very positive statements by hiring manager as I left indicating strong feelings that I was the person for the job. Was asked to come back to interview with his boss and one of the hiring manager peers. The senior VP was 30 minutes late and then proceeded to spend most of the "interview" letting me know how much smarter he was than me and how little he thought about my background. The peer VP was quite positive. 4 days later I got a voicemail from the hiring manager indicating they were setting my resume aside for now.
