Position is very hard to explain during interview process. Lots of what if's? or how would you handle situations A, B and C? Computer knowledge is not really a must have as lots of current employee do not know the full functions of a computer (other than internet access). Lots of internal servers used so adjusting to those are crucial while training for position.
