Interviewed with members of the training team and discussed what my strengths were. They presented the direction the position was heading and what they expected. We then spent the rest of the interview discussing what they thought were some of the strengths that would be required for the job and then asking some behaviorally based questions about my previous experience. Very organized, good matching skills and experience instead of just asking hypothetical questions.
