The interview process is nice, as it is not conducted by the owner. The interviewer was a nice person as he/she took interest in past work experiences. The interview consists of one-on-one questions, you project work with explanations about it and your relevant experience. I was asked to explain my previous project work and the interviewer took a lot of interest in it.

The hiring process may vary depending on where you are, but it includes a phone screen and a technical interview. Expect questions about algorithms and data structures, as well some code writing to achieve a specific goal. There are also some logic puzzles to solve on the paper.
