Easy and sudden, be prepared for surprise interview. Was meeting with requiter and suddenly it turned into a interview with the staff. Three person interview twice. Called me many times to set up an interview the second time only to not call me after the interview which went quite well.

I had two interviews. I was several states away so the first interview was a phone interview. I spoke with a supervisor and a manager who asked very typical interview questions, but also gave me an opportunity to describe details about my past experiences that were not directly related to the position but skills that I had gained during those jobs. EASi flew me in, put me in a hotel and paid for all of my meals for my second interview. I got to meet my future coworkers and their clients. We had a lunch interview with client supervisors. I received feedback a week after the interview.
