Reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a phone screen. Then had a technical/ experience based interview conducted by two employees. Interviewers jumped straight into questions without any explanation of the role. They seemed very disinterested and unprepared--they just came up with random questions on the spot. At one point, while I responded to a question, the two interviewers got distracted and had a side conversation about something completely unrelated to the interview. Utterly disrespectful towards candidate.
