So I applied online, received an email 2 weeks later offering me a chance of an interview. The interview process was a group assessment and a one and one interview. The process was quite laid back, there were 8 people including myself in total, we got split into groups of 4 and had to do some basic tasks such as; choose a celebrity and style them and a basic survival test where you had to put items in most important order first. After this we got taken in one by one for a interview.
