Phone screen with a recruiter, call with leadership, and a technical phone screen. I was then asked to prepare a presentation before the final interview round, which took hours. When trying to schedule the final round, I didn’t get a response from my recruiter for over a week. When I finally did get a response, I was told they were looking for someone “more senior” despite telling me I was moving forward. AllCloud was not respectful of my time. They asked me to prepare an extensive proposal, then cancelled the interview where I was expected to review it. I would not pursue an opportunity with their company in the future.
