GHOSTED AFTER 2 STAGES. It starts off as a phone call with HR in which you are on the phone for around 1 hour speaking about various things related to the role and what is expected. They fail to mention until you ask that the role pays only 24k and then the commission is structured in a way that you will earn no commission unless you have over 40 percent conversion rate, which is a hard sell when their policies are extremely overpriced. The second stage was in person, it's a bit of an awkward office to get to as it's in an industrial estate and the nearest station is around 30 mins away. I waited for around 40 minutes before they came to even see me, they finally invited me up and made me listen to a call one of their agents was having, after about an hour of this I was brought in to discuss what I had remembered about the call and then asked star based questions, some of which seemingly had no relevance to the role whatsoever. All in all, the interview was about 3.5 hours long, I was told I would receive a yes or no within 48 hours. I Never did. I followed up by calling HR, no answer. Waste of time, scummy company and rude interviewer staff. Kept me waiting and sneaky commission policies.

They made me listen to the live call of one of their agents before I was interviewed. Post that I was interviewed by two of the Team managers. Most of the questions were based on scenarios and were picked from my resume only.
