Interview proccess was conversational, not intimidating, and interviewer conducted it with transparency. She very much kept the "why should I hire you?" mindset, but also wanted to know about ME

I initially approached the opportunity for an Associate role at All Points with great enthusiasm and optimism. My thorough research into the agency's portfolio left me genuinely excited about the prospect of contributing to a team dedicated to serving a diverse range of clients. Upon arrival, I was greeted and told to wait in a separate area for a few minutes before my interview. 10-15 employees walked past me and even sat at a table right beside me, but only one person acknowledged and said good morning to me. No one else bothered to even make eye contact or smile at me. I found this off-putting from the start and this experience only contributed to adding to my nerves. During the interview itself, I was met with what felt like a disinterested and impersonal demeanor from the interviewer, even stopping to look at her phone several times while I was speaking. Overall, I left the interview feeling disappointed and disheartened. The disparity between the agency's emphasis on hospitality and positivity, as portrayed on their website, and my in-person experience was stark. I had hoped for a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere that aligned with the agency's stated values.
