It was a disaster. The interviewer wasn't prepared, nor did she show any interest in the interviewee or the answers. When asked about the next steps in the process, she didn't know and said she would call someone else who worked with her to interview me.
Worst of all, weeks later she contacted me again saying she wanted to meet me because she had just seen my resume. She didn't even know who she was interviewing, or that she had interviewed me just a few days earlier.
I wouldn't want to imagine working there.
