Interview process was thorough but enjoyable up until the business case which was way too demanding and time intensive for a position of this kind. The task included a full marketing plan with a go-to-market strategy, priorities for the first few months and immediate actions to get new clients. Only met one person really who was very nice and competent and even gave feedback at the end of the process. Overall too much work asked for a position that ended up being more junior than advertised.
