Call with the recruiter- who was nice and but not like the typical recruiter expect to speak to with other companies. She was somewhat unorganized in asking her question, but it wasn't that bad. The worst part was how unorganized the hiring manager was. He was so unprofessional in asking questions. I had heard a lot about Alkami but didn't know how unprofessional they are. They have no interview process and they just do what the managers want to do. which was a huge turn-off.
