Long interview by 8 different people. Even though I was very upfront with the interviewer about my religious obligations, they turned me down based on my SQL skills and my inability to work on Saturdays.

Asked SQL test, and general support competency questions. Some of the people asking were throwing out behavioral questions like "If we called your cooworkers from your last job..."
and they also asked questions to find out your political stance on things.
