I had a strange screening process with AlixPartners. After applying, an internal recruiter reached out via email and asked some questions about content management tools I've used. After I responded with some more detail, they said that I would be better suited for an IT position. This is not true, as I am not an IT specialist at all. I responded to clarify that I think they may have misunderstood my background, but wished them good luck in their talent search, and then I was invited to a 30 minute screening which I was happy to do. After the screening I still got a rejection that I was not the right fit. This seems like a good place to work, but just a note to your team that you may want to just ensure that your hiring team understands what they are looking for.
