The phone interview was a general interview to go over my resume and qualifications. Some questions were asked about my background and experience. After the initial phone interview, the company flew me into their headquarters and had 1:1 interviews with several managers and with people I would be working with. They went over qualifications and asked general and technical questions to assess skills and knowledge.
