Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Alithya (Montreal, QC)
Entrevista
First a call from the HR for scanning my profile. Then, an interview with another HR which was rescheduled many times before to take place. Next, I went throught a technical assessment. Finally, another interview with annother HR (a kind of administration stuff). I passed all those steps successfully so I was expecting to get an offer quickly. However after 3 weeks without any feedback, I reached out and was told that they wouldn't go further without getting any reason.
1- Online assessment on codingame. Very easy to easy difficulty, if you know maps and loops you are good to go.
2- Phone interview with a recruiter.
3- Interview with seniors at the company.
There has been a miscommunication between the recruiter and the technical interview conductors. I have never said that I know SPRING anywhere in my resume and said that I don't in the phone interview with the recruiter, but I was rejected by the technical interview conductors because I don't know the framework. Wasted my time for nothing.
