Position: SQA Mobile (Manual Testing) Number of Rounds: 5 1st Round: Telephonic Screen(Team lead took this round 10PM at night) 2nd Round: 2 hours of case study writing round 3rd Round: Telephonic discussion with QA Manager 4th Round: Skype Video Interview with Team Lead again, 10 PM at night 5th Round: Skype Video Interview with Team mates, 10PM at night ( One experienced associate and one associate with 1 year experience) All basic interview questions and scenario based questions of average difficulty. After all these rounds rejection happened when team mates were not satisfied. HR sends a mail stating that your position has been put on hold as we found another candidate. Please understand a value of a person's time and energy, if you had to reject the candidate please reject early on, it is disheartening to get rejected by a fresher with bachelor's in psychology working as a QA. The manager mentioned they are not a startup , the HR says they are a start up. Overall terrible experience with an unorganized startup having half a bay as an office in Hyderabad.
