I applied through LinkedIn, and the HR sent me an e-mail to schedule a call. After this call, she thought my profile was fine for the position, and scheduled a call with the Customer Care Manager for the next day. After this second call, I had a call with the HR Business Partner, and he approved my application to the last step - a presentation to the Customer Care Team about a given theme. A couple of days after the presentation, they gave me a call to tell me the result.

They asked me many things; from why I wanted to leave my current job to what characteristics I believe a manager should have for a good team management.
Easy, the process is really easy, straightforward, etc.
Interviewer was clear and also demostrated interest in the interview, the interview was fast and contained different topics and explained also about the company and benefits.

the interview process was quite good. spoke with great people . the interview consists of two or three interviews and you really get a good explanation of the company and what they represent. I was definitely satisfied
