There were 3 total interviews spanning about a month. First interview was digital (audio interview), with about 6 questions with unlimited attempts to answer. Ten days later, a second interview request was sent out and you would schedule a Microsoft teams (video) interview with 2 Senior supervisors that have been in the same position previously. The 2nd interview was an hour long back-to-back interview and consisted of 30 min. per supervisor. I was a little nervous but the interviewers made me feel comfortable and I got a good vibe from the company afterwards. Questions are mostly behavioral but definitely try to be yourself and show your personality rather than just making sure everything is in a strict STAR format (in my opinion). 3rd interview (video) came about 6 days later, this time with a director. This was supposed to be about 30 min but ours went overtime and it went pretty well and felt more like a conversation than an interview. Overall it was a pretty long process but the recruiter did a good job keeping me updated on the process and answered any questions I had. Probably one of the better interview experiences I’ve ever had especially given the pandemic.
