An interview process with too much stages. At first one at the phone, one technical with members of the team and at least three other ones afterwise. Takes way too much time especially when you’re already employed and makes you want to take another offer for another company.
3 rounds of totoal interview where 1 round was just leetcode challenge and 2 rounds was about interview on ml and ds and rounds 3 was withhm where he =was asking about past exp and projects i did

Very professional and positive. Guys are quick wit and a joy to work with if you're lucky. French team gives no room for any errors, so you have to be a top tier eng to land a job there. One who spits perfect O(n) algos during live coding sessions is their ideal candidate. String search in particular. The second tech interview focused on complexity and performance, and interviewers were not interested in actual implementation of the algorithm. Moreover, they considered this a red flag and failed the interview for a successful deliver of a working solution. They give you little guidance and leave you alone in the swimming pool. A fight or flight type of an interview, and they encourage you flexing your algo muscles.

Almost entirely about personal experience. Aptitude was not really considered; it was more about what the candidate had actually already done. Knowledge of the product in advance was particularly useful.
