I applied for the job in March 2026 and had a first online interview. Then two tests were completed: a behavioural assessment test and a logic and mathematical test, both to be carried out online. Finally, I was invited to an in-person interview and asked to discuss a case study. The case study was related to job-relevant situations and aimed to understand how the candidate thinks and approaches the situation. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, which lasted almost 2 months in total.
