Quick discussion regarding the job listing, as well as my past experience / skills. While the job posting was not available by the time the interview took place, the recruiter I had interviewed with took a lot of time to discuss my current skills, work history , education and personal projects in order to assist in finding me future placement opportunities in roles I was looking for. The recruiter was open and honest about my current experience and what to expect in terms of potential opportunities I could find, but as well took time to ask and consider my personal wishes of job placement in terms of compensation, position, remote / wfh and full time / contract work. Overall good experience that helped put into perspective my current standing as a prospective employee. As someone trying to enter a new field, it was a valuable experience and I look forward to working with ATG in the future for potential job opportunities!
