Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Aledade (Bethesda, MD) en ene 2020
Entrevista
The interview process was very easy and efficient. It was all done remotely with phone calls and video web meetings. I applied through the online job posting on Aledade.com. They reached out to me within a week and the entire process from application to offer only took 2.5 weeks. They were very organized and quick to communicate across the hiring committee.

They asked what is my comfort level with outreach and growth in a new market and to share an experience I have that would demonstrate my comfort level in this area.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews that all went extremely well. I received positive feedback and communication along the way. Suddenly, I was ghosted and finally I had to reach back out to the recruiter to be told they were going in another direction.

The interviews were mostly conversational. One leader who interviewed me was even in the car when we spoke.

I did enjoy connecting with the recruiter and multiple leaders. I went through four separate interviews with very positive feedback throughout the process, only to be ghosted for a time and then eventually receive a “thanks, but no thanks” without any other feedback or helpful critiques provided as to why they decided to go in a different direction.

I have interviewed for a lot of Executive Director jobs and while Aledade's work with clinicians is known to be high quality and admirable, their interview process is PAINFULLY drawn out relative to pay/level of job. It was a draining 7 rounds or about 6 hours of (work hour) time over many weeks to get to no thanks.
