Entrevista
I was called by a staffing agency about the opportunity. They told me they would reimburse me for the trip if I flew out to interview. They also mentioned a sign-on bonus for relocation. I came in for a three-person interview. The director, and 2 managers. Questions were very basic and the process was relatively informal. They showed me around the facility and introduced me to a few of the workers.

Pretty simple for the most part. Got referred to an interview from Kelly and the interview itself was very straightforward and clear. They sent me the offer a week later

Entrevista
Very good. Felt like a conversation. They made me feel comfortable and wasn’t nervous at all. They asked questions to get to know me personally and questions about how I have dealt with situations so far in life.
