There were 3 rounds as far as I remember the last round was with the manager. There expectations were high compared to the salary that was being offered, other industries offer more salaries with the same skillset. However, Noboday workds more than 8 hr at Alcon. If that is a deal breaker fro anyone, Go Ahead.

Very long with multiple interviewers. They did not offer water even though it was a 4 hour interview. I was told I would get an offer and they were waiting on one person who was out of town to sign off but the offer never came.
