The interview was done over the phone. Several people from different departments were present. The personnel on the other end made me feel comfortable and asked good, pertinent questions. The experience overall was very good.

How to deal with a project obstacle independently.
Phone screening, in person interview, very laid back and low pressure. Interviewer was very respectful and nice and gave me time to think through each question. Overall positive experience and would reccomend to a friend.

Smooth - started online, followed by two phone interviews and final in person interview. In person part of the interview was rather disorganized and didn't provide transportation (in the winter, with lots of snow) which was strange.
