Very simple, not very difficult. They do not negotiate on pay fairly well. They are just seeing whether or not you are compliant with being "controlled" by your supervisors. I wish in the end that they would have offered better pay, but oh well it is a foundational job anyways.

Very fast call back after application, scheduled easily for time and very friendly on the phone. I have not gone to interview yet but recommend checking for common interview questions and also knowing a bit about the company prior to interview

The interview was fast and easy. They had a job posted on the door and I just walked in and submitted my resume to the hiring manager. They asked if you had experience with retail and customer service. They called me in 2 hours later to start the hiring process.
