Was called about a month after i applied and was asked to come in the following week, I went in and was interviewed by the manager while the store director sat in and listened, very short (like 5 minutes) and a super casual interview. At the end of the interview he said that i would be contacted soon, I received a phone call 2 days later saying i got the job and wanted me to come in and talk about training and get a drug test. I then worked there for an additional 6 months

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.

Long. I was in there for about 2 hours. Easy, not many people I talked too. Mostly the manager and that's about it. Alright first job. Want to do more out side of this.
