Simple interview process, At 16, I applied for a summer job as a bagger. The store manager Vince was very kind and informative and gave me the job immediately. I loved the work place and everyone was so friendly. I worked as a bagger for 2 1/2 years and then they moved me up to cashier. It felt great to be promoted and work alongside managers, but the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the rude customers. Other than that the experience was great as a stepping stone.

Easy, walked in and asked for the manager for department, got hired on the spot. Eventually I was trained in multiple departments, and worked some over nights for tagging which was nice since it's more pay

Manager was very friendly and thoroughly explained the company and job
They made the process of applying online and setting up the interview simple
