I interviewed with MDs, VPs and Analysts. Aptitude and behavioral tests were required. Live cases and multiple questions across Valuation, Accounting, DCF, and LBOs were at the heart of the interviews, but also soft questions related to interests, hobbies, etc.

The interview process was designed to be transparent, fair and conversational. After submitting my application, the recruiting team reviewed my experience and qualifications and invited me to a phone screening interview. If you move forward, you’ll participate in two more interviews with experienced team members (in my specific case I met two directors and one managing partner). These may include a mix of technical or situational questions depending on the position. Throughout the process, communication was prompt and clear, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
