Seems pretty professional after first interview. Initial phone interview was professional and outlined the general details of the job. Good idea to have a pre interview to go over details of job first.

New to claims but know many people in it. Interested in giving it a try. Attended Orientation this past week in Hammond and am now deployed for Harvey. No real interview questions asked during the orientation part. Tried to stop and ask Gwen questions during a break but she appeared not to want to be bothered by me. Later during the class my questions were answered.
