I was actually located by a recruiter just out of college. The recruiter called me, gave me the rundown, there was a short phone interview followed by two in person interviews. They were round robin style with single interviewers - five the first time, two the second. Varying from a coworker, direct supervisor, technical manager, sales manager, VP.

I applied to the position from a career website. HR department called me and they asked for a technical interview first. They canceled interview at the day we've decided. They asked for another day for technical interview.They told technical interview will be followed by a HR.
