Overall a pretty good interview experience. They ask the normal questions. The job title felt a bit misleading, though, as it seemed they were looking for someone to be the CTO's right hand man. Job title should maybe be changed to IT manager to more clearly indicate what they are looking for. The certifications listed in the job description should say "required" instead of "strongly preferred", as the interviewer made it quite clear that they were only looking for candidates with those certifications. But I also appreciated the transparency, she made it clear I probably wasn't going to get hired for those reasons. Better to know those things during the interview rather than them saying "OK" to everything you say.
