Interview process is simple, 2 rounds of face to face interview very easy to crack, if you have previously worked in recruitment field and specially have a technical background . Face to face interview mostly goes around with your previous projects and experience. If you have previous experience on recruitment for US client and a decent communication the job is yours.

4 rounds and process took one week.. First was a phone interview with the recruiter and then there was another phone interview with the hiring manager the very next day. After that there was a third round of interview with one of the Senior Managers based in US. After that I was called for an in person round, a part of it was technical,wherein I was asked to source candidates for a few job descriptions and then had an in person interview with the hiring manager which seemed more like a formality.
