I submitted my application on their site, and then sent in my resume. I was asked to come into the office for an in-person interview. My interview was with the CTO and two senior developers. Following the interview process, the CEO sat down and talked to me about AkitaBox and its values. Within a week, I got a phone call from the CEO saying that I would receive an official offer via email.

Has a phone interview with them and during the process they told me that I needed more experience for the role and they would consider me for the junior role. I told them I had offers for senior roles in other companies, won't be proceeding forward with theirs, and that they should have told me this before the interview. The interviewer responded that they should have read my resume before the interview, apparently they didn't, so they went into the interview without looking at it beforehand. Very irresponsible.
