I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter in ~2 weeks. We scheduled an in-house interview for about 2 weeks away and I also briefly went over my past projects and work experience. I was hired as a Junior in college.
The environment was great and the people working there were all extremely friendly. The pay is very good for interns (and I'm sure other positions) and I received an informal job offer 30 seconds after the interview. The interview and hiring experience seems much more organized and well coordinated that previous internships I have had at other companies.
The interview process involves submitting an application, initial screening, an interview to assess skills and culture fit, completing any required assessments, and potentially a second interview. Finally, an offer or rejection is made.
Very good, everyone was kind and genuinely interested in getting to know me and in responding my questions. The interview process was very smooth. The interviewers were very positive and tried to answer all of my questions to give me a good overview of the company. the questions were role-specific and also there was a lot of questions about me and my interests.

Internship interview consisted of initial phone screen with recruiter and hiring manager, followed by a series of 3, 30 min interviews with other members of the department and a final interview with the hiring manager.
