Participated in 4 rounds of interviews - HR, hiring manager, manager’s manager and office manager. Very poor communication in between the rounds, meaning: I was the one chasing for a response after each round when no reply was provided for a week or so. Even the rejection was provided by a hiring manager once I reached out via LinkedIn, and no communication was provided by the HR.
