Had to reschedule with the recruiter several times because they were inflexible and then demanded time changes. When I get to my actual interview the hiring manager did not show up and I was sitting for 30 min on Zoom waiting. When I asked to reschedule the recruiter said that was not possible. I don't think they ever gave the correct time to the hiring manager. Messy, unprofessional, and rude.
