The interview starts with some "get-to-know" questions (questions about the CV such as about the education etc.). The interview is followed by some scientific questions (questions related to the core of the work, i.e. composite materials and processes in this case). The interview ends with some questions about our expectations (what are you expecting from this work etc.).

First stage was logging in a platform, where initially there were some general HR questions (tell us about you, achievements...) and after having 2 minutes to think, you record yourself with the webcam answering the question with a time limit. The subsequent questions were text based regarding salary expectations, availability/notice period. In another position (test engineer), I got a call directly from manager and scheduled a brief web interview.
