Looking back on it now, things were pretty crazy that day but I didn't even notice because the coordinator helping me that day was there every time I might have needed something. Behind the scenes things were falling apart but to me I had no idea and each interviewer was gracious and spent enough time with me. I had two onsite interviews, one about an hour and a half long and the other 2 and a half. Word of advice: Be yourself, no matter how goofy you want to be. I said I wanted to be somewhere that I could "let my freak flag fly" and that definitely didn't count against me. Whether you're an introvert or extrovert, being warm and friendly is universally understood here.
They were very kind and thorough. Very focused on company values. The downside is they ghosted me after two interviews, which was a bummer since I was excited about the position.

It felt very forced as if they were just going through the motions. I felt like there was likely someone already being considered and the interview was a formality or an exercise that wasn't expected to result in an offer.

They reached out for me to complete their video interview. I didn't make it past the video interview round. The interview was confusing as it showed the question and then gave you about 15 seconds to think before responding.
