An Airbnb recruiter reached out to me. I did two phone interviews total. My first interviewer took place with a software engineer who was engaged and interested in what I was talking to him about. The second interview the software engineer was not engaged at all and did not want to give any hints. I felt anxious and my mind went blank. I did not do well in the second phone interview. I got an email seconds after we ended the call. Rude! I put a lot of time into prepping for Airbnb. I will not be working with this recruiter ever again.

Pretty standard engineering interview. Recruiter call, technical interview, system design. They also had a code review interview that I had never seen before. I thought it was a little trickier than average, but not horrible. Sucks that if you don't move to the next round you can't reapply for a year.
