Initially HR had a call with me and asked me to take face to face interview. After taking 2 rounds of interview, she told she would update on Monday. Later when I checked with her, she said I cleared initial rounds and managerial round is pending and director is on vacation for that whole week. Next week she said management decided to close position as it is not required. Again after a week she asked they can continue and called me for managerial round. This time director came without any context, he thought it was technical round but still it was ok. He sent some junior developer to take interview. After interview HR apologized. Again she told she will update on Monday. When i called her she said my profile do not match. Why do you even need to take interview if profile do not match? If anyone is going for interview make sure they are 100% need that position to be filled. Else you will end up wasting your time.
