Entrevista
The interview process at Ahead was fast and fairly scripted. The questions followed a structured format, with a focus on standard topics like my interest in the internship, my skills, and how I manage challenges. While the interview was efficient and covered the necessary points, it lacked spontaneity or deeper engagement, making it feel more formal and pre-planned. Nonetheless, it provided a clear sense of what they were looking for in an intern.
