I submitted a cover letter and resume using the recommendations on Aha!'s blog as a template and was contacted the next day to set up a video interview. A few days later I met with HR via video. The interview was professional but dry. There was a fair amount of reading information to me about the company, a little boilerplate. I was not the right fit for the position, and the interviewer emailed me later that same day to let me know which I appreciated.
