4 interviews, online assessment test and interviews with another assessment test. All are online interviews from different regions and location. From hiring manager, to exec partner, senior exec to head of department. At first is was going well, with multiple questions and test. Until the 4th interview (all within 1 month), the head seems unsure and maybe felt the position might jeopardise his/her position as head. Was not worth the wait to a point there was no proper written email by a human being, seems it was an AI generative reply. Too frustrated to even reply and give feedback on all the long interviews

the interview consists of 3 rounds, 1 SHL test
the questions are all very technical, +2 and +3 didn't even check your personality or culture fit. Thus, I think they wanted to look for somebody with strong numbers and data skillset instead of those with complete package.
