A few glitches in their hiring website that were meant for internal recruiting opened to external. Tried to clarify why I couldn’t apply and was sent useless responses despite telling them I’ve tried various options including trying out multiple devices and browsers. Postponed interview once because hr didn’t read my email. The interviewers obviously didn’t prepare for the interview so haphazard in giving questions. They could perhaps tell themselves that it was all part of the plan.
