Entrevista
Was asked to take a writing test and supply writing samples, then invited in for various tests and in-person interviews.
The written exams were given to me in a busy reception area out in the open, and included a personality test, a timed IQ test and a timed "aptitude" test (all tests were branded and marked L. Ron Hubbard Management Technology) that measured how quickly & accurately you could follow directions.
After the tests, the CEO and president interviewed me.

Personality test, proofreading test (timed), essay test (timed), copywriting sample test (not timed), in-depth interview by both owners. They narrowed the search down to a small group of finalists and two of us were chosen.
