Applied for the listing directly on their career website. Interview process coordinated by the agency’s corporate Cardinal Group HR. Before the interview they sent out an online personality and timed IQ test. Phone interview with Cardinal’s HR was a typical introductory informational exchange, did not get to present any creative work. The total interview time was around 45 min. It was a friendly and present experience. Sent the interviewer a thank you email. No acknowledgement from them. Followed up a week after the interview, again heard nothing. Finally after 25 days from the phone interview I had received a generic email from their “Talent Team” that the role has been filled and the hiring manager will not be moving forward with my application.
